    This man right here is a gift from God. I have very strong back muscles but after a bench press accident in December '23, I've been having pain in my scapula and chest ever since. Just as I gave this side cuff exercise a go with light weight, I immediately felt relief right after. Thank you very much sir, best regards and wishes from Turkey.

    What’s the best strengthening/building exercises to do, after you’ve torn the long head bicep tendon, and you choosen not to do surgery? Still want to be active, lifting, doing push ups (which I still do), play golf, etc?

      @@Brurarum cause these are better for results. Get to root cause of glute weakness. The old one has more of a short term effect but wont fix the problem long term.

    Nice marking! Fun and educational! On a side-note: Looking at your X marking on your buttocks gave me a rather funny thought. This exact upper outer quadrant of the buttock is the landmark for administering intramuscular injections, often a very stressful experience. There's for sure no studies on this, but I wouldn't rule out that for some more sensitive people such a medical procedure might need some emotional healing, and if it doesn't, it might contribute to having that area traumatised or darkened out in the self-image, and thus leading to hip/leg problems later. So just showing a moment (literally) of care and lovingly becoming aware of that area might be a pathway to healing. ❤‍🩹😅

    Why dont you show before and after results because i cant see how this exercise even begins to fix winged scapula. Show one of you pateints doing a pushup thats has been rehabilitated so we can see the scapula move on the ribcage without winging. Protraction is what we need to see, that is when the scapula wants to wing the most.

    Use a shovel for digging a hole in your garden, and a spoon for eating your soup. Not the other way round. Problem is shovel and spoon I can tell apart, satorius (?) and rectus femoris (?), not so much

    I find this counter productive. When you see bodybuilders getting bigger it's usually at a cost of less flexibility. I recommend intense fasting and stretching only for a cycle.

    According to Shirley Sahrmann and Donald Neumann, the cause of forward shoulder displacement, specifically the humeral head (also known as anterior glide), lies in an imbalance between the posterior shoulder muscles (rear delts, external rotators, and others) and the internal rotator, subscapularis. The latter is too weak, and the former are too strong. This increased tension in the posterior structures causes the humeral head to be pushed forward. I trained for years the way you recommend in your video (I am a sports scientist and personal trainer myself) and could never fully get my issues under control. It was only when I stopped training the posterior shoulder structures and started pulling my shoulder back (and down) in various situations, combined with training the subscapularis, that things slowly improved. I would be interested to know if you are familiar with the explanations of Shirley Sahrmann and Donald Neumann on this topic, and if so, what are your thoughts? By the way, I found it a funny coincidence that I also have a RUclips channel with almost the same number of subscribers as you. I’m genuinely looking forward to your response. Best regards, Wiktor
